New Sockets for Sam

More realistic socket design (TSB = Total Surface Bearing) in general and for Sam specifically.

I have made an entirely new BK socket model from scratch and added an inner socket layer. For Sam I shaped them to her stumps and adjusted these as well. Less round, a bit more pointy and atrophied. I hope to showcase both sockets and stumps in a dedicated render.

In the end I would like to remember that commission slots are still open.
