Dev Log: The Final Scene

I'm balls deep into the final scene of Chapter 3 at the moment.

I know I mentioned starting it a few weeks back but I did have a detour or two along the way where I had to go back to add a scene or two earlier into Chapter 3 to address a couple of things that had been left hanging and needed either wrapping up or setting up.

I've not posted an "Image of the day" for a week or so because I'll be repeating variations of images from earlier scene (I might have missed some .. ) but I'll get back to posting some when people have forgot what's been posted before! :)

But I won't be posting many from this final scene just yet as the bit I'm working on at the moment is probably a bit spoiler heavy and so best not to include them at all - but I will post some when I get onto later parts.

And the reason for that is .. as I've mentioned before .. is that the "Final Scene" is really a number of smaller scenes that revolve around the same location and are all related to each other.

It IS one scene .. just happening in different places within the same location where it's set and with different things happening with different people.

It's why I've mentioned that the final scene could be as big as the entirety of Chapter 1 in and of itself.

I'm still not going to put a date on when things will be done. Even when this final scene is complete, I'll have to go back and fill a couple of holes still, tweak the dialogue and a bit of general tidy up in places but the good news is that, with a bit of luck, those things won't take too long.

The big bit is this final scene delivering what I want to deliver, hitting where it's supposed to hit and wrapping up a couple of threads that have been hanging loose for a while.

So the countdown HAS started.. I'm just not telling you what number we're counting down from, just yet :)
