Name for a New Channel?

I voted for Radically Erratic BUT once I got to the comments I think people have good ideas to consider! My favourite was Skallagrim's Musings (by Franklin B), I'd like the new channel to include your name as it peaks my interest more, but I do understand if you want to separate the new channel entirely. Skallhalla (by big-sweet-roll) was a funny but meaningful suggestion too.

As good as Radically Erratic sound, I think some variation around Skatterfocus is the optimal merge of meanings and you/recognition/continuity.

Personally, I would not want to have to try to pronounce "Radically Erratic" on a regular basis. That would definitely turn into "Erotic" half the time.

Skallagram. This is the correct answer and anyone who doesn't think so is wrong. (kidding)

I think Skallabrained could work. It kind of echoes both Skallagrim and scatter brained. Possibly ScatterSkall could work as well. I was thinking the second S would be capitalized as well.

I think some of the names suggested in the comments here are great. I especially like "Erratica", as suggested by Ranveig.

I think something with your name in it (e.g., "Skall at Random") would draw far more viewers. Even if the topics aren't consistent, knowing that at least the same specific person will present everything with a consistent personality and delivery style would be helpful. Viewers who are already familiar with your content would probably be more likely to check the other channel if they're reminded that it's still the guy they've been watching for years.

"ScatterSkal" Combing Scatter brain with Skalligram so you are still shorten to Skal but you also include the scatter part you wanted with out the unfortunate shortening.

That scat energy becoming radscat was not on my list of ADHD enjoyers

De omnibus? A nod towards your foundations is always nice though.

Just throwing a few things in the mix. I get that you want some distance from your current channel, but I think most of your fans will enjoy at least a slight homage to your old name.

I suggest a pun that works for you. Consider duality, to describe both your focus and scatterbrain aspects, BUT call it 'Duelity' with as worst will be shortened to Duel, which still works for you.

I misread someone elses suggestion as "erratica" and it amused me so i'm suggesting that :D

There was a singer which called himself "Scatman", AFAIK. Simce it's also music-style.

Not a fan of any of these, unfortunately. Skallovertheplace. Funfocused. HocusFocus. All are way too long to be practical channel name.

As you already see, you're gonna get some pretty biased answers asking the existing Skall crew 🤭 I saw that you do want a clean break from your existing channel, which is cool, but you probably do want to create a new persona of some kind for viewers to latch onto. Whether it be The Curious Nord, or Windswept Questions, or Thoughts From A Rock. Something that's a little more than "lol so random", which is what I'm getting from the current options. ...also can you tell that I like the videos where you filmed outdoors? 😂

Or something like Anti Fractal (Fractal is a pattern that keeps repeating itself when you zoom it), Fractal Drift... Or disperson, dispersion of thoughts, deciduous decidings, decidusional, Feed for Thought, HallowHiveMind, etc...alright that's it from my side now I don't think most of these are very good. Someone might suggest something better.

What about something like Skallduggery Scatterings?

I am thinking of relating adhd to chaos and a name based on that, like Chaoskall? Entropical/Entropikall? Sarchasm? Or just name it Lavalamp as that represents randomness pretty good

But you already have Skallhalla, formely Skallnanigans.

“Erratical” “But, what about…” I also like “Skallbrained” as mentioned by Dapper Dunsparce. Or even “Skallerbrained” or “Skallagrim’s Musings” unless you’re intentionally trying to dissociate from your primary channel.

How about “I’m sorry, what?”

Personally not a fan of these options unless you really want it distanced from the main channel. I would think something more on brand but allowing the scatterbrained nature (can relate, AuDHD myself). Maybe something like "Pommel for your Thoughts" or "Skallbrained" for the connection but then keeping the freedom to be whatever you want it to be. Just my thoughts.

What's the issue with beeing called "Scat"? Aint it one the best Music-Forms? :D
