Okay, so, the update to Willing Temptations has officially been delayed to Early October, and the update version has changed from v0.3.1 to v0.3.5 to account for the scale of the project being much smaller to LC. Which just means that it wouldn't stay on v0.3 for too long.
Let's talk a bit about the content itself. What I originally wanted out is very small and short, you know, like every update I put out. But this time I want to give a separate route you can take in this sharing option in crazy date, like I mentioned before, a choice that leads to a more involvement. So, it doesn't make for a big update.
It's like, I'm building this wall, brick by brick. Instead of adding one big brick, you get two small bricks. That's the kind of update coming up.
Sharing Lexi in a conventional way takes a bit of time, but not long. This is simply because of the new character is not the conventional "Taking your girl" type of guy, but the upcoming update should take you and them to get started on the whole premise.
Or you will be able to take the other route and let them figure things out. Wouldn't be much of a sharing, but the idea is there, and depending on your choices, again, it will either strengthen your bond with Lexi or drift you two further apart.
That's the whole idea of crazy date.
Now, let's talk a little bit about the future. What comes after v0.3.5.
Willing Temptations is not a "forever project". Eventually, the game will be finished. Hells, considering what has been set up so far, some routes will even conclude before the end of the year. That's like a few updates away now.
v0.4 will see a premature ending to accidental NTR route, maybe continuing on the set-up that was left untouched in Vanilla Route. v0.4.5 will continue on the Crazy Date and conclude one of the NTS route you take.
v0.5 will conclude Classic Date's vanilla route. v0.5.5 is when I take the whole project and do a major consistency check on the story and dialogues.
v0.6 will see more earlier routes conclude, and v0.6.5 will wrap up the other NTS route in Crazy Date.
That's the plan I have so far. Obviously, not a lot of details since these are merely plans. But I hope these can give you the outlook on the future of the project.
If we can keep up the pace we're going, we can hit v0.4.5 this year, but it is possible that we can also get to v0.5 before the changing of the age 📜
Also, my other project, LC, is currently in the back seat. Enjoying the nice state I left it in, maybe I'll check up on it once WT get its update.
