Development News 10 - BETA 12A Coming Soon, Android Port, Lite Version

• Lasting Connections (BETA_12A) progress is at 70%

It has been more than two weeks since the last development news, and I've got good news for you. Let's not beat around the bush, BETA 12A version is coming in two weeks! Yes, later this month. Bringing a continued interaction with Sonia and alternate interaction with her should you choose different options. It does not continue to night interaction, mind you, that is for future build versions. BETA 12A focusing on adding the rest of the interaction with Sonia in the evening and all the choices you could make there.

BETA 12A will also come in LITE version. Renders are down-scaled from 4K to 1080p to save up space, and it's on a different branch than that of the normal version, which means saves between the two version is not compatible. LITE version will also allow for continued Android support. Which will release at the same time alongside the big version.

I want to finish Build 1_20 as soon as possible, so the main release may not be as far as you might think. My obsessions with writing novels are no longer chaining me to it, so now i'm feeling the urge to continue LC's main story and make each update releases bigger than before while not taking too long.

Once Build 1_20 is released, I will also work on a smaller Visual Novel project which takes the element of choices and outcomes that LC has but with fewer characters and a lot less renders, I will also be exploring a different genre. All the while, working on Lasting Connections' Build 1_21 and onward.
