Development News 07 - BETA version, New Characters, Another Web Novel
It's not whether or not you are in the mood to do something, it just depends on whether your body is ready to do that thing or not. You can be twice as productive when you do.
Lasting Connections (Build 1_19_LITE) progress is at 50%
Lasting Connections (Build 1_20) progress is at 30%
Lasting Connections (Build 1_20_BETA_11A) progress is at 90%
Let's talk a little bit about the progress I'm making towards Build 1_20, it's been a rough week, but I managed to make some progress a bit. Pretty much finishing the sex scene and then some, now you have a choice to actually change your mind if you don't wanna do it mid-way through the scene.
Obviously, I can't show it, but I have good news for those who wants it badly, the catch is of course, the whole experience having lack of polish and content.
BETA version of LC
11A version will have about 25% of Build 1_20 content, and it is very close to completion, BUT I need some time off. A little holiday for a few days. As I don't have a laptop to do remote work, you'll have to wait until I get back. It shouldn't take me any more than a few days to complete the BETA_11A version, so you can expect around 6-8 October.
If you're also wondering why I had a rough week, the computer that I use to render these pictures have one of their drive just outright broken, so every picture ever made was lost. Thankfully, I made backups and everything is up and running after the storage is replaced.
And also, BETA version will replace Early Access for both Recreational Visitors and Deep Sea Explorers. Which means all patrons at all tiers will have access to the final build on the same day when it is out, and if you want to see what's up before then, the BETA version will cover you.
New Characters in the Making
Alright, you can already stop reading because these are not going to be in the immediate future, but rather what's going to be on the horizon.
Two new characters, one is Siola's mother, Cyari, and the other is Elara.
With Siola being on LC, her mother will also be there as well. But remember, this is much later on. Possibly in Build 2_xx. She's gorgeous, muscular, and really tall.
Elara on the other hand will not be on LC, but maybe someday I can find some use for her, somewhere. She resembles your sister a bit, isn't she? And there's a reason for that, which is why she will not be on LC because in there, your sister, Feily, exist.
Family is a beautiful thing, which is why you have one in LC. A big sister, a father, a mother. I cannot even imagine what it feels like to be an orphan, I guess I was fortunate, and I want people to have those who loves and cares about them unconditionally. It's something I want people to have.
Web Novels
Not to be confused with the platform/application that is called Webnovel, a Web Novel is literally that, novels but on the web. You can read mine through a website called Scribblehub, but I also have it here for Recreational Visitors tier.
I have returned to my roots and have created the second season of my old Web Novel. This is not really a passion, but more of an obsession. Mage of the Abyss killed my excitement for Novels, and it's been quite a while. After dipping my toe a little, I'm ready for another journey.

Season 2 is not out yet, but I'll tell you when it does. Get it bookmarked, okay? I'll be uploading the first chapter later on for Recreational Visitors tier, but it'll be available on Scribblehub for free. You should, however, check out the other novel that is out. It got a pretty long title, but I'm just having fun with it. Portal fantasy to a game world, but don't you worry, that one has a more simplified system, so there's less about RPG stuff and more to the action. Mage of the Abyss Season 2 on the other hand, that's when I go all out on the RPG mechanics.
Anyway, that's about it, I changed Development "Update" to "News" just to less confuse people. Considering that, I already am with the whole "Build" thing instead of "Version" for LC.
