Update 2025/12/26

First of all, thank you so much for supporting me on patreon! You have no idea how much this means to me. It gives me some security to continue creating art for you and I'm enjoying it greatly. Even if you're just a free member here, I appreciate your presence a ton!

Once the year is coming to an end I get motivated to reflect on things that happened and make fun strategies for the future. I wanted to share some thoughts and plans with you.

A lot of things have been happening the past few years. I'm firmly against generative AI so you don't have to worry about seeing it here. This whole trend made me think a lot about art in general. Usually, I prefer my work to speak for itself and build a connection to readers that way but with how social media has been going I want to emphasise humanity more. Next year, I want to concentrate on building a community.

I would like to make patreon a central hub where people can reach me the easiest. As long as I'm able to, I'll try to reply to more comments and questions. I'll also only upload previews on some other social media sites and full images here. Patrons will get early access, exclusive art and glimpses into my process here.

Morgana and Oz will roughly take me 5 months to finish I think. Communications with my editor can be slow so this might prolong the whole process a little. I'm thinking of making some short patreon exclusive bonus comic strips that will be published in the physical books. Maybe one strip a month. Let me build up a buffer before I adjust the tier descriptions.

After Morgana and Oz, I would still like to continue telling stories of course and it's time to flesh out my ideas. I haven't fully decided on which story idea to focus on yet but it shall be decided next year. I will present you all of them first and see what people are most excited about.

Things are and will probably continue to be tough. If your financial situation becomes difficult please don't hesitate to pause your membership. I would be happy if you stayed around as a free member. If things go really bad and I'm not able to support myself with art, I'll still keep drawing since that's what I love to do. But I also want to create more value for you in the future so you have the strength needed to persevere.
