changed the pose a little bit and added an idea for the base, this bike is just a place holder, i'm planning to add a skull shape in this lantern on the front.

I agree with Misfit about the chain and the Bike, looks good, just an idea how about one foot on the lower part of the bike, and the other one on the top, so he can be like standing on it, so In that way it's like his escaping from it ready to throw some punches
I agree with MisfitMinuteman about the chain. Maybe a sharper tip (It has a blade if I'm not mistaken) with flames on the end part. And maybe a longer chain with more dynamics in it.

hmm that's it's a good idea, maybe add an blade at the end with some fire around it
I like the base. But preferred the upper part of the chain to see the weight. It’s used more as a precision weapon than a flail style.
