I'm curious about pre-supports for this model. I am not an active member currently but subscribed to get this figure specifically. I checked the Gumroad files and the pre-supports don't seem to be there yet. What is the ETA for them? I am assuming I still get them because I was subscribed in the month for this release?
Hi! Thanks for reaching out, and we sincerely apologize for the delay. We ran into some issues with the support creation for this specific model, which is why the pre-supported files are not up yet. We promise to have them delivered by the end of this week on Gumroad. And yes, since you were subscribed during the release month, you will absolutely still get them. Just joined your premium membership, Love what I'm seeing. Could I please ask you to include your renders with the STL files though, I mean, you already have them made right? I'm not good with colors and I use the Artists renders for color reference for the character(s).
