𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐞 & 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨 🧘🏾‍♀️☕️ || 𝐁𝐔𝐈𝐋𝐃 𝐃𝐎𝐖𝐍𝐋𝐎𝐀𝐃 !!

The photos do not due this build justice 😫.

I have you guys my beautiful sugar cubes …. A Rise and grind sponsored yoga studio and gym. A full on triple threat building !!

I wanted to build a Starbucks and coffee shop for my save but I also wanted a yoga studio/ Pilates place but the mod for me is just way too not polished for me, no shade !!

And my sim I play with will not stop doing yoga so I settle for a spa. 🧖🏾‍♂️

It’s a three story building, first the coffee bar, where you can graffiti tag the place. (It’s allowed) Then when you walk through the doors ahead there is the first floor yoga studio where you can join a class, grab some water or get a complimentary robe.

Second floor is where the masseuses and saunas are along with independent yoga mats for those who don’t want to take a group class. There are bars for those who want a “different” kind of drink. While getting a foot or hand message, or even a mani-pedi before taking a mid bath, getting a full body massage or taking in a steam-full to relax the body.

Top floor is a fully functional gym, with equipment from flow fit and different country’s for the best equipment to give your sims the best workouts. We also have an outdoor balcony area where one can catch a breather, study for a class, enjoy a glass of water or more and even do some business on your portable computer.

Packs needed for any extra decor or build items: get together and spa day to even use the build, dream home decorator pack just for the lights on the bottoms floor and some decor pieces on the bottoms for (easy replacement if you don’t have it), business and hobbies for the wood panel wallpaper, for certain plants and the roof panel, city living is where I put the build, also for rugs in-front of the massage chairs, love struck for the balcony chairs and some gym equipment (easy replacement if you don’t have it.) I took pictures just incase I didn’t say everything.

I hope you guys like the build as much as I do, it’s the first one I’ve don’t in a while before I do the case requests. Love yall !!

Let me know if anything is wrong !
