Hi my cubes !!! Hope today is treating you all well but here is the drop I promised.

It’s a multi rental unit and just to make it clear I really do not know the difference between apartments and condos 🥴.

BUT I think the name is cute but this place comes with a gym, laundry room and a communal coffee area.

and all units are set with a kitchen and bathroom.

for the units I really just wanted them to have a homey / cozy feel.

I envisioned this being a first apartment to your sims, them going to furniture stores and buying all of their “adult furniture” for the first time and etc.

All units are except one are a one bedroom, one bath.

all pictures shown are in order from bottom to the top of the build. But I’m still I think the build looks great in live mode.

I am proud of it, and I hope you guys like it.

Info:

• 4 units in total

• 3 amenities included in your rental package

• Rent starting at $100 or more a day in rent, (price may change depending on your save file.)
