Actually, it was on sale on Steam yesterday too, but I didn’t take advantage of it because I’m thinking about waiting for the Switch 2 version, as I feel like this game is made to be played on the Switch.

Montaru, you have great tastes! And yes, Bloodstained was a kickstarter by the original creator of the Castlevania series. If folks like Metroidvanias, you gotta try out a game made by one of the founders of the genre. All that said, this art is fantastic! Cannot wait to see more, as always.
I love "Metroidvanias," but I prefer them to be more "Metroid" than "Vania." I’ve never fully connected with Castlevania games. I had a huge disappointment with Axiom Verge, the first game was totally METROID-like, and I absolutely fell in love with it. But when the sequel came out, it was more "Vania" than "Metroid," and I didn’t enjoy it at all, even dropped it. Since then, I've been avoiding games that lean more toward Castlevania than Metroid. But for this waifu, I’m willing to make the sacrifice.
