Out and about in Charles Town, West Virginia
Good morning, loyal fans!
Last weekend, Tammy traveled to historic downtown Charles Town, West Virginia to meet with some wonderful folx at Fuzzy Dog Books & Music. What a phenomenal experience!!! We wanted to share some pics of the intimate event hosted by Sara, fellow book enthusiast and owner of Fuzzy Dog Books & Music (click here for more on Sara, her team and this gem of a book and music store Fuzzy Dog Books & Music | Vintage Books, Records, and More in Charles Town, WV). To say that Tammy had a glorious time is a gross understatement!
The intimate setting of this beautiful bookstore located in the historic Tate House was the perfect venue for those to gather and discuss. Meeting some wonderful people, Tammy thoroughly enjoyed connecting with these fans, regaling in the stories they shared. She even walked away with a lovely book written by a fellow author. Guess who immediately cracked open that tome, quickly immersing herself (of course, after buckling in for the ride home)?
Thanks to all that attended and most especially to Sara for hosting! Until next time....
~Team Tammy

I have friends in West Virginia! Id fly in just to see Tammy! I will never forget finding these books as a young girl who was struggling to learn to read, late in the game. Once I was able to pick up and read tho, I was entangled with the life of Alanna story. I can not describe how when the life around me was chaos, and hard. It was easy and nice to be drawn in to these books like I was really in Tortall.
Oh this is so wonderful!
It was delightful! ~TP
I had no idea! I would have loved to see her!!
Hello Sarah
That's across the street from me o.o Will she come again?
You just never know when I will pop into the conversation! ~TP
How great is it to see Tammy out with friends! Thanks for sharing.
Jim, it was great to be amongst friends! ~TP
I'm so jealous of the folks who got to see her. She is greatly missed back here in NYS.
And there are some things that I miss about NYS...but alas, I have to admit, West Virginia is pretty wonderful, too! ~TP
How utterly delightful! ❤️
It was indeed! ~TP
This looks so fun! And I love the murals!
If you ever get the chance to see them in person, do! They are STUNNING! ~TP
