August 2025 Patch Update: XML Injector, “More Traits” status
Hello! Hope you are doing well!
Summary:
All my currently active mods use XML Injector and I’ve re-tested them they work fine. Please do not use the in-game Pack Selector if you play with mods.
“More Traits” packs were updated where needed after the recent script break. If you use my traits-only setups (no script), you’re fine. Pack #3 is the only “More Traits” pack not updated.
Compatibility & XML Injector
All active mods rely on XML Injector.
I’ve tested them again after the latest changes they are working.
“More Traits” mod status
The recent script changes broke the script files. I’ve updated the script files for the affected “More Traits” packs.
If you use my traits without scripts, they aren’t broken and should be fine!

Btw with the new pack selector this has already been mentioned, but if you use mods you should avoid using the feature because it can cause more bugs!

Hi there. I love your mods specifically the Country Club Mod, however this has started giving me a Last Exception that is not allowing me to enter the house hold. Better Exceptions shows "Reason [BE Interceptor] BE intercepted this error from a separate mod log so that it can scan for the issue. (TypeError: maplebell_countryclub_AddPhoneAffordances() takes 2 positional arguments but 3 were given) "
Hi! The XML mod isn’t working. I tried with it in game and it will not load into households. I tried taking it out and just playing your More Kisses mods without it. Unfortunately, they do not pop up.
I'm confused, so we can use your trait mods without scripts? Because I downloaded your traits 1 and 2.. but then you are saying if we use them without scripts, they aren't broken? and how can we avoid using the pack selector?
