I like naked but with the headpiece still on, it's like naked apron, you are still dressed for the job but you are also naked and sexy. Also a nun fully naked is just a naked woman and isn't as hot.

Naked, definitely, a scene could lead to this, when Krowley walks in her room at night for example and "accidentally" catch her changing her clothes or even better, touching herself.
Could be something like this, or a scene during the day when she is in the back room, massaging her breasts, or something. I also wanted to make her be taking a bath at some point

И у меня есть идея. Что если мы сосем грудь персонажа много раз (10), то у персонажа начинается лактация. Это не должно быть сложно, т.к. только Элизабет м Мейбл пока имеют такую сцену.

Судя по спрайту наряд Элизабет состоит из двух частей. Юбки и рубашки, а не целого платья. Она может быть без верхней части, но в юбке, хотя её вероятно не сильно будет видно.
Не думаю что имеет смысл добавлять одну юбку

I think clothed would be nice. If you do this before Sunday seremony, Elizabeth could have milk dripping true clothing or wet from sucking, while preaching.
