Ancient ruins.
A moonscape would be out of this world!
Sunset on a lake or seaside. A scene with old (stone?) farm buildings with trees, fields and distant mountains.

A landscape involving water - lake, river, sea. Looking at the above replies we have had a couple of snow scenes, lava glow may be similar to the fire exercises but I would endorse the valley and desert suggestions. Thanks for all your help.

A cave would be great! One with a light source coming from a hole at the back and another from the floor (some sort of lava glow)
