I guess AngryMikko doesn't like the title of this podcast. I liked the final part of this discussion. Yes, both of you now create tutorials that are longer and more complicated, but the tradeoff is that the techniques render better results. When I started with James a few years back he did mountain scenes with the Softbrush. Rarely used other brushes, blends, or blurs - getting texture right was frustrating. Now much of my amateurism with water is "glossed" over with the right brush, opacity level, and motion blur So yes, it takes me 6-8/ tutorial but the results are better, more easily achieved, and a lot less painful
