Notes from my spiritual retreat in Bali. (dev update 08/25/26)

In case you missed it, the release is now available for the Hall of Fame tier!
Hopefully all of you who have played it had fun diving back into my bizarre creation. I got a good amount of feedback from it, as well as points I maybe need to emphasize more. I'm always open to improving the game, so if any of you have some comments, ideas, or just about anything you liked or disliked about the game, let me know!
Anyway, Chapter 8 is finally behind us, so we keep it pushing and move on to Chapter 9!
I'm mostly doing setup at the moment, so I haven't had the chance to go for any crazy rendering streaks. That doesn't mean I didn't get ANY rendering done, though. The numbers currently sit at 33 images, 0 animations, and a LOT of flow charts (I fucking hate paths...)
That's about it for this week. I might move next week's dev update to August 30th to avoid spamming your email with 2 posts in such quick succession, but it mostly depends on whether I'll remember to or not, lol.

I personally really loved the way the first season did things. Where you can see all the girls' paths and the interactions you can have with them in the same playthrough. Whereas, with season 2, you have to decide which path you are going to take, and if you don't feel like doing it anymore, you just can't interact with any other girl. Because if you decided to try out another one, you would have to replay the whole game from the begging I think it would be better if this way of making the game wasn't changed, but instead kept the way the season 1 was. This way you can actually have the same amount of content as the first season, and play longer.
You couldn't see all the girls at the same time in S1.
