Bum dev deals with the consequences of their actions and blames the world for it. (Dev Update 10/07/25)
Hey, y'all!
I want to start this dev update by telling you guys just how unbelievably fucking stupid I am sometimes. Sometimes it's in a "oopsie! I'm so silly!" kind of way, but this time it was in a "How on earth does this motherfucker manage to operate and survive as a human being?" way.
I can't be bothered to explain how Daz (the 3D software) works because I know most of you don't give a damn, but basically I got shafted by the software and it somehow deleted the most important keyframes (the things that make animations go vrooooooom). Normally, this wouldn't be anything more than a mildly annoying bug that could be fixed in a few minutes, but this fucking IDIOT didn't check the animation output as it was rendering, and didn't notice the fact that the most important part in a 30 second animation wasn't fucking moving and let it render for a whole 20 or so hours until I finally noticed what was going on. I can't even blame the shitty ass software for this mistake, it was my fault for not checking the output.
ANYWAY! TL;DR, the developer is a dumbass, wasted two whole days worth of rendering, and needs to hang up their boots.
Numbers are up to 625 images (+ a fuck load more in the queue waiting to be rendered thanks to the animation mishap...), and 9 animations!
That's about it, stay safe, keep your kids in school so they don't end up dumb like me.

I didn't read any of that but just wanted to say I had an epiphany... You are constantly calling yourself a "bum dev" because you deliver lots of great bum shots, don't you 😏
