v0.39.1 Game Status: Game-Adding Bugs

Evening all, it's time for your mid-month update! And perhaps the first of many bug-related post title puns.

This update focuses entirely on getting the Roth system added to the game and functional, and it's now available after a short jaunt from the Happee home system. When you arrive you'll be greeted by the short system introductory arc, which will hopefully also help to familiarize players a bit with Roth society, especially those who haven't played the first game. After completing the intro you'll be able to fly to all three destinations in the system, although currently only their basic hub scenes are available.

I'll be continuing on setting up the Roth for the rest of the month. For starters, I have some Roth portrait assets which need to be added to the game, so that you can start interacting with some new characters. After that we'll see about getting started on some of the plotlines for the faction. I'll probably continue working on the Roth for December, before switching to setting up the new slime faction in 2026.
