💌Clients feedback:

Luxury Restaurant: “I had the chance to work with this amazing individual Alexandra to bring my dream luxury restaurant to life! Very professional and made sure she showed me the build process every step of the way, answered all of my questions, made sure she paid attention to the level of detail, what style i wanted and was very good about time management! I couldnt of asked for a better sims builder 💛 She went above & beyond my expectations!” -T

Modern Ruins Estate:

"This lot perfectly encapsulates history gone by and present-day modernity, combined through a harmony of design that respects the old Medieval manor ruins but updates them in a way that brings in light and openness that would have been impossible in the original structure. Even partially-destroyed old masonry has been incorporated either into new interior walls or eye-catching outdoor features. The many floor-to-ceiling windows give a bright cheerfulness to what is now a comfortable, affluent family home. There are elegant nods to the estate's past through antique furniture but mere feet away you'll find sleek, modern touches that will suit 21st Century sensibilities.

These points encapsulate everything I asked for from the build and much more, birthed through the creator's imagination in ways that I could never have done on my own. I was in a very serious car accident two years ago that resulted in brain damage. I would no longer have the mental means to create something like this and I am so grateful to Alexandra for bringing my dreams to life. This is a concept that I have thought about for a long time and she has made it a reality. In my opinion, she has created something really unique with this lot that I have never seen in The Sims before ... not in TS4 or in any of the previous games. I've been playing them all ever since the first Sims in 2000.

I also want to express how receptive to my wants/needs for the project she was, constantly communicating and giving me updates along the way. She made sure that I approved of the initial design before proceeding to the interior, and filled the structure with the exact furniture, finishings, and rooms that I asked for. I cannot recommend her services highly enough and would suggest her services without hesitation to anyone else looking for expert attention to detail, friendliness, and brilliant imagination in a Sims lot collaboration" M.C.

Commission for 2 builds (farmhouse + arcade games build) :

"It took me about three builders before I found Alexandra, and she made me incredibly happy with the final result. I’m so glad I found her and would absolutely recommend her. Alexandra was a pleasure to work with. She communicated clearly throughout the process, followed my requests exactly, and was quick to make adjustments, like when I asked for more space. She handled it without any issues. She created both a house and a party event for me. I gave her a few initial ideas, but she really took the lead and knew how to bring everything together without needing much direction. The house was detailed and beautifully furnished, exceeding my expectations. She’s very kind, responsive, and easy to collaborate with. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish." - R

Modern Farmhouse : 'Omg I am so happy my house is perfect, every details, everything is so beautiful, you went far beyond my expectations! I am grateful for your wonderful work thank you so much' - M

Modern Ranch House:

' I’d like to add that you were very friendly and open to my ideas, you communicated with me throughout the entire process, there was never a time I felt like my opinion didn’t matter or I couldn’t ask to see if you could add something. You were very thorough and detailed and I appreciated that you would send me images of the build as you went along to see if it was what I was expecting, 5 stars all around! 🥹❤️' -Sw

Rich Family Mansion

' I was looking for someone to create a very specific mansion for my gameplay, and after asking around in a few Facebook groups, Alex offered to take on the commission. Once I saw her previous work, I knew she was exactly the person I was looking for. Alex is incredibly talented and pays attention to every little detail. Before starting, she asked for as much information and as many reference photos as possible to make sure she fully understood my vision. After the initial payment, I received the first version of the mansion in less than three days, and I was already amazed by it. We only needed one small adjustment to the size of a single room, and in less than five days, the entire project was finished. I honestly couldn't be happier with the final result. Alex is incredibly detail-oriented, professional, friendly, polite, and communicates throughout the entire process. On top of that, she delivers in record time without compromising on quality. I highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a custom Sims 4 build. I wouldn't hesitate to commission her again in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ '
