i cant explain why but these much simpler and fewer strokes of the newer style evoke much more in me than the old style also the man's nose in the first frame of the old style looks like a flaccid D. I know you did that on purpose as an easter egg for all the flaccid ones out there
Less is often more. Sometimes I'll draw a detailed face only to realize two dots and a line is superior. And yeah, always looking out for my flaccid homies.
I’m continually impressed how much you’ve mastered minimalism. Sometimes you’ll post an older one, and I’ll recoil a bit, “gah, teeth!”. Not to get too philosophical, but the edge a real artist has over the computer slop pulsating its way through the veins of the internet is knowing “what matters” and stripping away the rest. It communicates an idea (or joke) with beautiful precision and efficiency.
