Alright, full story time everyone!

It's a big read so I'm dividing it to be more approachable.

The apartment I current live in and pay rent for was owned by a reasonable old man. However, he has passed the ownership to his daughter, who is a spoiled little brat who immediatly wants to sell the place. Not only that, but our contract was supposed to last until the end of the year.

However, the only thing that happens if the landlord breaks the contract is that they receive a fine. She's willing to pay said fine to get the money, just so she can get it faster, even if less in total.

Which means I am getting booted out soon. I've been looking for other places to move to, but at the moment in such short notice, all I'm finding are either bad neighborhoods or straight up slum locations (favelas in my country).

However! Through a mix of talking to her dad and looking at every nook of the contract, I managed to get myself a 4 month window to try and buy the apartment outright with a mix-mortgage deal with my bank. Not ideal, but manageable.

The thing is, the amount is still 10.000 USD.

So, after freaking the hell out the past week about it and doing my best to calm the hell down, I'm going do try and do the following:

• Quitting out of the day job I got to focus on art 100%,

• Finish the remaning pending comms/rewards that are already ongoing and deliver them.,

• Set up a goal on Ko-fi for donations to this goal
  

And with that, the art plan so far is as follows:

• Adoptables. I will make a bunch, not fully rendered but good enough to be beautiful.,

• Duo Scenarios. Small two images lewd scenes with the pokegals. One is a set up, the other is a NSFW sex scene.,

• Strip game. With each milestone we reach, I will me making illustrations of my Pokegals in progressively lewder situations,

• Discounted Shaded artwork for PATREONS FIRST. These will be done as I adapt to workflow.,

For now, that's the plan, I am open to suggestions. Any donations are appreciated, but not at all forced, always focus on yourselves first. So yeah, apologies for the big text wall.

I'll be using this week to finalize stuff with the bank and paperwork and prepare for ART!
