Page (& Project) Updates
If you haven't noticed by now, the Patreon page has been overhauled, tiers have been updated, a new tier got added, and now this post is here. Let's use this post to cover what has (and hasn't) changed, shall we?
First, the new look. I can't revert it, so if you hate it, I apologize, take it up with Patreon. They're the ones that decided changing the page only goes one way. However, it does come with a few more customization options. I tried to make the page friendlier in terms of finding what you're most likely to be here for - namely, the latest posts and the collections where you can find all the download links for updates - but if you can't seem to find a thing and would like me to rearrange the page a little more, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
Second, the updated tiers. The big change is that the early bird tiers have been retired. That means that if you're currently subscribed to one of them, you get to keep it, but they're hidden. That means no one can take up any of the empty spots if someone decides to cancel their subscription, and if you're one of the people that had it and decided to cancel, you can't get it back.
The tier descriptions have also been updated, mostly for clarity. None of the benefits changed except for the new Producer tier, which is really only there if you happen to have too much money and would really like to give it to someone else. Though it does also net you a Producer credit in whatever projects are in active development while you're subscribed, so... probably worth it.
And that brings me to the project updates.
While Divine Intervention is still taking up the lion's share of my time, I do have a little something I can show you.
That there is the cover for the MnM strategy guide. Which I'm sure the most clever of you were able to deduce thanks to the subtle context clues contained within the image.
If you missed it last week, the official strategy guide won the poll, so that's my next project, and another poll will go up when the guide nears completion. I'm really pushing to get the next chapter for DI completely written to free up some brain space and get Precious Kouhai done so I'm down to just the guide having my (mostly) undivided focus, but it's a whole process. Especially with tax season on the horizon, February is likely to be a complete mess for me. I do at least have the basic formatting and visual details set for the guide, so progress is definitely happening.
And just special for you, I have one last little tidbit.
That's right - a bundle! Get nearly 100 games for free, or get nearly 90% off on almost $200 worth of early access, premium extras, and paid content.
Here's a link to that: https://itch.io/b/3501/valentines-adult-games
We've even already hit the second stretch goal, so there's bonus renders and valentine's cards available through a link on the bundle page (including one for Precious Kouhai).
That should keep you busy long enough for me to sort out all the things that aren't ready for you to see quite yet.
