[Not a Succubus] May Progress Report🎃
Hi friends :),
We just released Chapter 2 this month, and we're honored by the support it's been receiving. Thank you to everyone who has played the update, shared feedback, and helped spread the word about Not a Succubus.
Since Chapter 2 only came out recently, this month's report will be a shorter one.
That said, we haven't skipped a beat in development. Although it's still a bit too soon for us to know when will Chapter 3 be ready, we've already moved on to creating new characters and implementing various improvements based on player feedback.
👁️ Upcoming Improvements-
1. Fast Travel
Players will soon be able to click directly on the mini-map to travel to any room in the house, eliminating the need to manually walk through the hallways every time. This should make repeat playthroughs much smoother.
2. Difficulty Settings
At the start of each run, players will now be able to choose between Easy Mode and Normal Mode.
Normal Mode is the experience you've been playing so far.
Easy Mode prevents guests from being attacked by succubi at night and also prevents Agent 69 from taking guests away. This should make it easier for players who primarily want to experience character content and story paths.
3. Replay Gallery Unlock
I've added a secret button that can unlock the entire Replay Gallery with a special code.
The feature itself is already implemented, but I'm still deciding what condition should make the button appear. Right now I'm leaning toward unlocking it after the player reaches one of the Good Endings.
4. Notebook System (Work in Progress)
This is still in the early planning stages, but I'm exploring the idea of adding a notebook feature that allows players to keep track of important clues and information gathered from guests.
Since Not a Succubus is ultimately a game about observation and deduction, I think this could be a useful addition.

The fast travel will definitely be a welcome addition as I've been turned around multiple times in a row in a night. This game is awesome and I hope it garners you even more success. I got more excited by the fact that you stated each visitor can be a succubus (aside from a few pre-determined ones) and they're not all locked into one or the other. It'll make it actually more about deduction instead of memorization/trial & error. As an aside, I'm probably always letting the woman with the bow and hairpins in...

Great update, hoping you make more females "obvious succubus" like that girl with the coat, and face mask. It's very hot knowing some girls don't even try to hide their true nature, and exploit the player's weakness's to lust.
How many chapters do you want this game to have anyways?

I love that they added fast travel, I had some trouble orienting myself when the map changed, even though it was a minor issue. P.S. What great new characters!
What a wonderful news! I would love to have notebook added so that I can see what my character write! It can be helpful on tracking people's traits and search (mouth etc) so that we don't need to check it again. I hope you could at least release another report later if there won't be an update this month (June) :D
