DOWNLOAD: The Hydrangea Estate 64x64 | 738 North Spring Mill Rd

⚠️Update Notes | October 17, 2026

I’ve made a few little fixes! If you downloaded the Tray files before October 17, please replace them with the updated files in your Tray folder, then place the lot again in your save. No need to re-download any CC! Thank you so much for your support and patience 🤍

1. Rotated the lot for easier arrival.
2. Replaced the front gate.
3. Added sprinklers and a burglar alarm.
4. Removed the sheep toy blocking the children’s bed and fixed access to the primary bed.
5. Restored missing terrain paint, it may disappear again due to a game bug:( Sorry about that!
6. Added a touchless trash can in the kitchen so Sims no longer need to take trash outside.

Hey friends 🤍

The Hydrangea Estate is finally ready to welcome you home...

This build has been in the making for quite some time, and I’m so happy to finally share it with you. From the hydrangea-filled gardens to the little spaces tucked throughout the estate, there is so much I’ve been looking forward to showing you :)

I imagined a home with room for both company and quiet moments—a place to gather, slow down, and enjoy the everyday details...

Thank you for your patience and for supporting me along the way🤍I hope you’ll love making this home part of your Sims’ stories!

The Hydrangea Estate | 738 Spring Mill Road

Framed by soft clouds of hydrangeas, The Hydrangea Estate is a private countryside retreat where elegant living meets the simple pleasures of the outdoors. Set across a 64 × 64 lot, the estate brings together a spacious main residence, a separate guest cottage, and gardens made for wandering. Life here moves at an unhurried pace—morning coffee before a walk to the stables, a quiet afternoon in the glasshouse, or a little time spent practicing golf before gathering at home as evening falls. Guests have a retreat of their own, with space to settle in and stay a little longer.
