Upcoming Build WIP : Christian Dior Coastal Pavilion | Beach Club & Restaurant...

🤍Quick note (2026/03/07）

Over the past few weeks I’ve been away accompanying a family member through surgery, so things have been a little slower than usual. I’ll be heading back home very soon and will do my best to get everything posted as soon as possible very soon.

Thank you so much for your patience and support 🤍

Hey friend 🤍

I’m so excited to finally share a sneak peek of my next build with you — a Christian Dior–inspired Beach Club & Restaurant!! I can’t wait to share the finished build with you very soon...

Many of you have been asking for more community lots lately, like restaurants, clubs, and cafés, and I’ve been keeping that in mind for a while :)

So this time, I created a commercial community build on a 40x30 lot, designed as a refined coastal destination for your Sims to gather, relax, and enjoy. Blending elegant Dior aesthetics with a relaxed seaside atmosphere, this space brings together beach lounge areas, social spaces, and dining in a luxurious yet effortless way.

I’m always so grateful for all your constant support🤍🤍

Please remember to take some time to rest and enjoy your weekend!
