Request for feedback. What will entice you stay subbed/join?

I’m humbly requesting some feedback from all members, free and paid.
I haven’t made any changes for awhile apart from lower my top tier’s price in a conscious effort to be more affordable for folks, but it seems that retaining members and gaining new members has become a bit more difficult than ever and I haven’t been recieving much helpful feedback to help me fix that.
I understand times are difficult financially right now and that’s totally understandable, please do not put yourself out if you are unable to afford it. I just ask for feedback on what I’m offering, what kind of bases people would like to see most, and for free members if there is anything you’d like to see that would make you feel like it’s worth subbing.
I put a lot of effort into the bases but I understand they might not be for everyone, nor are the options I provide suited for every character. I want to try and hit the most popular species, as for the price point I’m offering them for right now, if I did any more complex edits and bases I would have to raise the price of them. It’s tough to find a balance, when I work on commissions full time while making these. I’ve also been doing more reference bases but maybe folks preferred the themed bases more frequently?
Anyway, I hope you guys can give me some reasonable suggestions that are in the parameters of my ability! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

I plan to stay subbed while I can simply go give back where Im able too, a friend of mine loves being able to watch me to base fills of her Sona with some of these, and tosses money at me to help make sure I can stay subbed (even though I've told her she doesn't have too lmao!) that being said, I do sometimes feel a little left out, my Sona is a manokit, and there's not many artists who do sharks of any kind, I wouldn't want to push you out of your comfort zone if that's something you wish not to do, but if you do, simply a shark tail and sharp teeth could go a long way 🙏
Eh, free member here, I probably won't be able to upgrade to paid for... honestly, don't know if ever. I cannot even find a job for almost half a year now. When I joined as a free member I entertained a thought of getting some bases, but then the available selection was not to my needs, next months similiarily, and then I guess I kinda forgot about that. So you could say that having a limited time to get the bases have an impact. Can you fix it so that everyone, you and people that get the bases are happy? Most likely not, there are always will be people who don't respect the rules. Your bases are at least available from kofi, so if I have the means I can always go there, some artists limit what is available way more severly (not to point fingers, but there is an artist who lets people get onnly the base from the month they subscribed in at 1st. With no info what that base will be, no preview, no anything. Want to get any older base, because only you found out the artist months later than the base was available? Well, sucks to be you then). So to sum up, me getting more money avaialble to spend. Though the chances of it are pretty slim.

I stopped being a paid sub mainly because I found it disappointing that there was a time limit on getting specific bases, seeing somebody do a fill of a base and subscribing for it only to find that it was no longer available was kind of disappointing so I mainly only pay for memberships when users have lots of bases on their Patreon at all times. But that’s just my personal preference I know there’s a reason behind why this is done.
Yeah, this is done because of my entire library being leaked multiple times, and people breaking my rules. Having dozens of bases available lowers the value of my bases as work as a whole. The idea of the subscription is to stay subbed to collect them and for me to be properly compensated for the work rather than give a huge backlog away for the price of one month. Especially when folks are allowed to make profit on them. It s unreasonable to expect that much from a small single person creator. They are available typically atleast for one month but are usually up longer. All my bases are also on Kofi if there is any people want that are missed.
I honestly can't speak for others because for me it was just that I have so many collected and so many to color still so I unsubbed to make sure I actually get those done haha otherwise they just sit there while I collect more. I looove your bases though.
Could always do a ref base every 3-4 months instead of every month and do more themed bases.
