2026 Roadmap 🎉
Happy new year to you all!
In 2025, your support made it possible for me to:
spend more time making music and videos
afford depression therapy and meds
put on the Mission Ballroom show in Denver
get in contact with some VST plugin developers
not burn out from touring and playing shows :)
In 2026 I’m going to:
release my first VST Plugin(s)
make more videos on your requested topics
make production/sounddesign philosophy videos (rambling to the camera basically)
make fun videos (plugin tier-list, unlearning Ableton, making a song with the speakers off,…)
release a new album
release a Serum 2 pack
release multiple insane sample packs
try some feedback / audio combat style streams
(maybe) start my own sample pack label that other people could also release on (quality controlled by me)
All of this is possible because of your support 💜

Yo VR, your music over the last few years has made a huge difference in my music production as well as my life. I'm so glad to see what this community has done for you, and I'm grateful to be a part of it. That said, If you were to ever to do a QA, I do have a question. Most times, when I start a new track, I am trying to do something completely new (whether that be structure, sound design, etc). I'm practically reinventing the wheel every time. However, lately, I've started toying around with house music, which has a fairly consistent structure. When I follow this structure, I find I am able to create a lot more consistently. However, I feel like my music is starting to sound more basic... How do you approach making music in way that each song is unique without having to spend so much time and energy trying to "reinvent the wheel"? Or do you reinvent the wheel each time? Thank you!

Actually, very good ideas about sample packs. Maybe make a video about making them? I mean logic behind it, the process, promo of them? A lot of topics are not discussed on YouTube about how big splice (for example) sample packs were made (the whole process, from start to finish)
