Commissar Ciaphas Cain — Coming Soon

One of the next complete painting collections coming to Patreon will feature Commissar Ciaphas Cain from Warhammer 40,000.

Cain is a surprisingly small miniature, and that made this project especially interesting for me. One of my main goals was to make every material clearly distinguishable despite the scale.

Skin, leather, different fabrics, metal, the coat… I wanted every surface to have its own texture and character while keeping the whole miniature clean, contrasted and easy to read.

I recorded the entire painting process, and very soon I’ll start sharing it step by step for Clan members, showing how I approached each part of the miniature from beginning to end.

More of Cain very soon. 👌
