Hi Anastasia! You absolutely have the right to add new tiers and adjust pricing — no issue with that at all. My concern is more about how the value/structure changed for subscribers. I understand the file count stays the same, but the value/experience changes: the $40 tier now receives incomplete sets (“half of two sets”). Fanservice still starts at $40, but it’s now described as only half, and if someone cares about having a complete set (a full, cohesive product), they’re effectively pushed to Yonban ($60). The “half from two sets” approach also puts subscribers in a tough spot: if someone only likes one of the two shoots, they can’t get that one set complete at the $40 tier — the only way to avoid incomplete sets seems to be upgrading. A healthier middle ground (even accepting the new structure) would be something like: offer an option at the $40 level that lets supporters choose one full set each month (Set A or Set B) instead of receiving two half-sets. That would feel much fairer than receiving two half-sets. Would you consider an option like that? Edit / quick question (for clarity): I genuinely like your work and I’m just trying to understand how this will work going forward. For Sanban, when you say “1/2 of fanservice content of the month: 50+ files from 2 photoshoots”, does that mean it’s a split/mix from both shoots, or one full fanservice set (Set A or Set B)?
