This is a EA home i renovated in oasis springs! Perfect for a single sim who's an author, socialite, or could even be used as a airbnb! There's a perfect backyard patio for entertaining guest and a full open concept floor plan! CC is included with this build so i recommend you having a gaming laptop or pc before placing. Make sure bb.moveobjects on is on before placing. Enjoy :D
