If there are diamonds consistently being formed in the atmospheres of Neptune, would it be possible for them to accumulate like a diamond snow possibly growing the solid core diameter of the planet?

Great week. UT had much more, new Type I Suoernovas, MOND, and Swarm to Proxima Centauri. What a great time to see all this happening.
