Great explanation. I think the problem most people have with this subject is the use of the term 'big bang'. This gives a picture of some sort of explosion which you could have observed if in the right place; this of course is impossible as any observer (and observers are NOT essential for the process to be happen) because any possible observer is always withing the universe. As your colleague explained (very well), to any such observer the universe even in the first tiny fraction of a second would be infinite; because it is the universe, it is not something which exists within something, it is everything!

Fraser, you're the best! Would you find content of a man defending himself and his dog by means of boxing (with 80's music [land down under] playing ) offensive . It might not sound scientifically driven as a question . Well, it's not. But maybe I'm wrong here! Check the video out for yourself . FB has added a two step warning of mature content process to the post, more or less making it very inconvient to watch... driving off viewers. It's really just silly and awesome, I believe. I like bouncing things off of other people, I am prone to human error. Thank you, Mike . https://www.facebook.com/Knoxduder/posts/10211353276258759

I liked the format. Very effective way to do the back and forth.

Thanks. We actually did this as a real interview. So, I was talking to him on the phone through my headset and then we synched our halves of the audio/video. Worked pretty well, and we'll make that the standard from here on out. :-)
