How hard is it to keep rocket fuel in space? Which is better, a Moon mission on the surface or in orbit? How would a space station look like in a binary planet system? And in Q&A+, could we launch a probe into a black hole?

I'm 5 months behind on episodes and I don't want to skip any for fear I may miss a comment like the last few sentences of this video. So well said.
Orbital – ultimately an orbital base with serve a space fairing society, better. Likely would need a base on the moon to create the infrastructure, the orbital infrastructure.
Oh cos like China might beat the U. S A to the Moon!?! (& why not!?)
Neither tbh!
Do we have a sense of which star systems can see Earth transiting our sun.
great question - map it up assuming a POV as powerful / equivalent of JWST for example...
Surface mission: more ambitious and valuable:-)
Well said Fraser!
Question for a question show: why hasn't the industry developed modular telescopes where thrusters and fuel tanks can be can be jettisoned replaced to extend the operational life?
JWT, Vera Rubin etc are just parts of fundamental research, yes, and also instruments to find life beyond Earth 😊
War is definitely overfunded by approximately 100%
and this year's administration NASA budget request has been cut again after last year's slash-job, everybody on the NSF science advisory board was fired, we are making it difficult for foreign scientists to study and work in the US at our Universities where funding is also being threatened. Our future in space is far from secure as anything but a sideshow, a PR stunt by people more enamored with science fiction than science. Be involved or watch our future in space slip away.
