Chad missed the 65 million light-years black hole mistake. The round trip would be 130 million light years.
Fraser: listen, I picked a horrible time for you to call, I hadn’t realised that 4pm for me would be 8am New Year’s Day for you. I’m sure the last thing you’ll feel like doing at that time will be making an international call to me! If you’d like to rearrange it for a few hours later, that’s fine as far as I’m concerned. Just get in touch - it’s not like I’m able to provide you with important info etc.
Great work Chad! Much appreciated.
The photon ring is the ultimate funhouse mirror
To continue on the resourcing-water-from-the-solar-system discussion: what are the ethics and the economics of mining the rings of Saturn themselves for their water, in the way the Canterbury of The Expanse fame did? The rings are already ephemeral, but could we conceivably deplete them -- or even significantly alter their appearance -- before their time by scooping up all their water?
Thanks Chad :D
Great work as always! I'm training myself to see your videos on YT then coming straight to Patreon
"Or dont, whatever, Im not your Dad" 🤣🤣🤣
Thanks, Fraser, for the excellent material you and your team have put together this last year and it's really good to see you highlighting the efforts of the team members; you could teach a number of other people I know about how to manage people! Very best wishes to you all for the New Year.
Thank *you* Fraser for bringing such a great team together and providing them a place where they can do their best work for all of us to enjoy.
