In Construction and in Industry, we have perfected a system for human exposure to Hazardous Materials. I suppose I'll just willingly throw it out there; a potentially basic knowledge question. Why can we not use what we have learned to both protect our people (Astronauts) and the exposed portions and materials of our greatest spacecrafts?

I'm sure NASA is considering the best practices of construction, etc. That said, they've never had to deal with some of the unusual risks of space, like solar storms. We just don't get those on Earth.

Many thanks from me too! Have been a huge fan of your incredible work for years and this latest fascinating vid is no exception. Out of interest if I have space/science questions, is this Patreon comment section a good place to post them or should I post on the YouTube video comments? Cheers!

Here is good because I try to put more emphasis on Patron questions. :-)

Thank you once again! What can we do to increase the frequency of this awesome media?! I look forward to as many doses of Fraser Cain as possible. I'm surprised at the lack of good coverage in these fields. Maybe we could get Miley Cirus to become a patron supporter, or Lady Gaga. That would be "Far Out".
