[Q&A+] Aiming an Asteroid at The Moon, Mars Babies, Absolute Stillness | Q&A 343
Could we aim asteroid YR4 at the Moon on purpose? What would happen to babies born and raised on Mars? Should we use water as an insulation layer for our spacecraft? And in Q&A+, could we mine an asteroid that's stuck in a Lagrange point?

I am not in a position to judge about these notions but I think in tectonic context we speak about a water body as an ocean if it has at least partly formed it’s bed as a result of a divergent tectonic boundary. (Thus Arctic lake is not really an ocean.) So Mars without tectonic plate movement cannot technically have any ocean. Those would be seas and lakes.
How large would a 1g centrifuge need to be on Mars? If low g were a problem then perhaps pregnant women could reside in a large centrifuge until birth.
Have any experiments been done with gestation in mammals at zero g? (ISS)
Several experiments have been made with mice, but they were partial and not completely conclusive. And no mouse were born in 0G This article is interresting : https://www.sciencealert.com/in-a-huge-first-mouse-embryos-have-been-grown-in-space
Ah the Fermi Paradox again. It's the gift that keeps on giving - to conspiracy theorists and many other crackpots.
I love this show but several of these questions are repeats. Is there no true original questions available?
