[Q&A+] Dinosaurs VS The Asteroid, Infinite Gravity, Real Autonomy of ISS | Q&A 316
Is gravity infinite? Did the dinosaurs feel the effects of the asteroid before it crashed? How long would the ISS survive without support? Would potential life on K2-18b be trapped in their gravity well? And in our Q&A+ edition, is Vera Rubin telescope DOGE-proof? Answering all these questions and more in this Q&A show.

Great video Fraser! Really enjoyed this one. :)
I asked ChatGPT to compute the rocket equation to put 100 kg into orbit. For earth it says it would be 692 kg of fuel. For K2-18b it would be 4,370 kg of fuel. so over 6x the fuel to put something into orbit.
You trust the thing that's infamous for getting stuff wrong over the guy who looked it up? That's a you problem.
The question about gravity really made me think. I'm being affected by the gravity of distant galaxies. And does gravity get bent by huge objects in space time? Is there any straight path for gravity through spacetime? Like, far out, man!🌠
A circle in space may be a straigt line if following the gravity lines. Like when the Earth is held in orbit by the Sun just riding in a straight line on the fabric of curved space-time.
Recently read a report that there is an ice deposit close to the surface near the Martian equator that would be easily accessible.
I think that I heard about that recently.
The double disk dark matter could be a result of condensed dark matter.
