Musk does not have that power, only Congress has that power. It is true that Musk can't do anything legally under the Constitution. HOWEVER, He's an advisor. He compiles information. He gives the information to President Trump, who then gives it Department heads and/or to Republican members of Congress. Both of which have the power to do something. If you are planning to promote political propaganda and fear-mongering, I will have to shut you off. Plenty of other sources for that .

I would lament the escalation of military activity in space by any entity. As a member of The Planetary Society, I literally support the peaceful pursuit of scientific knowledge, especially in space.
