Love the question about temperature in space. You note that without an atmosphere, the moon doesn't radiate any heat from it's surface. Very weird to think that if I could touch it, the sunny surface would burn my hand, but weirder still that if I lifted it just one millimetre, I wouldn't feel any warmth at all. How can that be?
