Another excellent interview, thank you Frazer.
Great interview. Unfortunately this subject, like too much of spaceflight, has become enveloped in magical thinking. I respect Dr. Lee's work but I am certain that many will see it as a "Green Light", where in reality it is quite the opposite. The step from the scientifically possible to the engineered system is much taller than most people have the knowledge to imagine, and much, much more costly.
I remember Space 1999 too.
