Mars sample return: Why don't we just ... each of us lobby our representatives to f'ing Fund NASA. or not. your call.
Who were the single frame heavy metal band? Looked a great gig 👍😄 Great video as always!
I’d willingly give up any plans for Mars sample return if it meant not losing Chandra. But the larger question is why was NASA’s budget cut? With all the obvious waste and bloat in numerous areas of federal spending why is one of the least wasteful and most productive agencies, which is a small part of the overall budget, targeted for cuts? That’s so counterintuitive and, frankly, petty it smacks of jobbery. NASA’s priorities definitely merit review but overall its budget should rather be substantially increased rather than cut. There are many federal programs this may not be true of, but its abundantly clear NASA’s overall ROI, nationally and catholically, is still strongly positive. This argues not for cuts, but budget increases.
I think you mean lunar dust is electrostatically charged not electromagnetically charged - the latter would require dust particles to have their own power supply!
