That Annoying RD Behavior

Ever encountered these kinds of torrents?

And then when you download it in RD and select all the files, it becomes a RAR archive (?!)

This is a big pain in the ass because you have to download and extract it to watch the content right?

As you can see, this new feature allows zurg to handle RAR archive torrents caused by RD's behavior when selecting non-video files. It also makes the config `rar_action` obsolete so that is now removed.
