Hi everyone! Last month's theme was focused on ninja ratfolk, and we were able to share most of the content we created. But we have a couple of other releases there wasn't time for last month that we wanted to get to you this month as bonus content. So, we present to you ninja ratfolk magic items!

Query, is this a typo? "Increase your Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20, or gain proficiency with throwing stars." Should the 'or' be an 'and'? I am guessing like a lot of feats it should be a stat bonus and...something. Thanks.
Hey, good question. That 'or' is intended. The feat was designed so that if you already have proficiency in throwing stars, it can serve as a "half feat." But if you lack proficiency, you can use it to become proficient in throwing stars and gain the extra effects, but you won't get the stat increase.
