Pan Hero Duel Mechanics Tips

First of all, don't worry too much if you can't win against Ann, or Mira. After all they're meant to be so much stronger than you. Their attributes will also follow yours until they reach their true attributes, Ann will always have +2 Str and +1 Cor, while Mira will always have +2 Cor and +1 Str. I understand that it's not really conventional to make the first battle a hard one, but it is what it is. Your first battle with a real enemy would be a lot easier though since they will be just some thugs who don't train as much as Ann or and don't have as much experience as Mira.

Anyway, the first tip is pretty much what Ann said, when the opponent is stronger than you, draw the fight as long as possible, this is because the longer the fight goes on (higher round count), the higher your chance to see your opponent's moves.

Second tip, get empowered (60 Sp) and frenzied (100 Sp), as they increase your strength and coordination, meaning you'll have more chance to see your opponent's moves (cor related) and you will deal more damage or receive less damage (str related). And since the 0.6.0 update, the maximum Sp is now increased to 200 (previously 100), but the amount above 100 will be halved at the end of the round, so if you have 140, it'll become 100 + (40/2) = 120. This way you can still use special skills when you want to save Sp.

Third tip, sometimes what the opponent says at the start of the round will indicate what their first move of the round is, kind of like Suikoden. For example, when Ann says, "Let me see your attack.", that means she's going to defend herself.

Fourth Tip, opponents have behaviors and combos, for example Ann prefers to use the strongest special moves, Mira prefers to use Focus and Feint, and the next moves after parrying will have a high chance of being a strong or special attack. Though there's not much about this right now, but I would like to expand more about this on later updates.

Last Tip, if you really, really don't want to lose, and this can be considered cheating, so skip this if you don't want to cheat. --------------------- Using rollback will pretty much makes it almost impossible to lose since you can see all of the opponents' moves for the round, then rollback to the start of the round.
