The Daily Life of The Pan Hero Progress Update
Hey everyone,
This week I've started working on Pan Hero again. I'm still in the writing progress, but about 90% done on the writing. In total there will be 6 events, 3 Ann's (1 lewd), 2 Main's, and 1 Mira's (lewd), but they're all one big storyline. There will be about 12000 words, so probably about 2 hours of gameplay.
I will also introduce the duel system, here is the tutorial I've written for the duel system if you want to know more about it:
"In a duel, the goal is to reduce your opponent's health to zero and prevent your opponent to do the same to you."
"Your health is affected by your strength."
"Duel is divided into rounds, and each round consisted of four actions."
"On each round, you'll be given these action cards which are divided into three types, attack, defense, and special."
"Your actions will be matched up against your opponent's actions."
"For attacks, a normal attack wins against a quick attack, a strong attack wins against a normal attack, and a quick attack wins against a strong attack."
"The damage is determined by this number on your card, the type of attack does not affect the damage."
"This number is determined by your strength level, you're more likely to get the number that is equal to your level, but you can also get a lower or higher number."
"When both you and your opponent select the same type of attack, the number will determine the winner, though the damage will be reduced."
"When the type of attack and the number is the same, there will be no damage to either of you."
"For defense, a block will win against all attacks, if the number is higher than the attack, then you will still receive no damage, if it's equal, you will receive an eight of the damage, if it's lower, a quarter."
"Evade will win against normal and strong attacks, and if the number is higher than the attack, then it will win against a quick attack too, no damage will be received if it's winning, but if the number is lower during a quick attack, you will receive twenty-five percent more damage."
"Parry will win against a strong attack, if the number is equal to the attack, then it will also win against a normal attack, if it's higher, it will win against a quick attack too."
"No damage is received if it wins, and winning with a parry will remove your opponent's next action and leave them defenseless, receiving fifty percent more damages."
"But if it loses, then you will be the one who received fifty percent more damages."
"While block and all types of attacks' numbers are affected by your strength, evade and parry's numbers are affected by your coordination."
"When both you and your opponent use defense, then no one will receive any damages."
"Special are actions that you need to learn before they can appear, and as I will add more special actions as the game progress, they will all have their own tutorial."
"On each round, the number of your opponent's actions that you can see is determined by chance."
"Your chances are determined by two factors, your coordination and the number of rounds, the higher these two are, the higher your chance will be."
"Also quick attacks are less likely to be revealed, use that as you will."
"In the first round, you will have eight available actions, but despite using four actions on each round, you will only receive three new actions, unless you used all your actions then you will receive four so you'll never run out of actions."
"Using Block and Evade will get you one more action in the next round, and they stack."
Feel free to give your feedback or suggestion about it.
Anyway, here are the sneak peeks.
