i have a question like i cant use the mod without the the textures that i must pay for the problem is i dont have money for it so my question is can i even use the mod without it?

I know what you are experiencing dude, take enough rest thats all i can say. Had a seizure (not a stroke) myself last year, got medication and now have diabetes. Already had psoriasis so it all adds up nicely NOT. Thanks for the work you put into these mods, much appreciated.
