Update: added a medical gurney you can load and ride in the back of the ambulance. fun role play.

How do I get the gurney I only have the ambulance
The gurney should be in there with this mod. Check flasging light category, if not try misc. I forgot what cate I put that in a few months ago
you have to drive gurney in ambuance then strap it in
how do you load the gurney in the ambulance for me it just rolls on the ground in the ambulance

Yes It comes with the ambulance, making it spawn inside of it next maybe.
