The Barbie Estate Chartwell Mansion
The Chartwell Mansion is a 64x64 ranch lot with a luxurious mansion owned by The Barbie Household located in Chestnut Ridge.
I used another lot as a base, however I demolished the house and built this mansion from the ground up.
It's based off The Chartwell Mansion in California.
It features:
Indoor and outdoor swimming pools!
It has a garage housing several Bugatti cars and above the garage and accessible via several ladders, we have the family helicopter sitting on it's pad!
It has a small garden, a two-stable stall for horses, and a coral.
It has a large kitchen with plenty of comfortabe seating as well as a chef stations (2) and dining areas (2) on both sides!
Upstairs, the second floor is accessible via several elevators "Thanks to RAVSHEEN" or optionally several stairs.
Here, we have 3 accessible balconies on the front and sides, 4 bedrooms, a large study room with 8 computers, a fireplace, and 6 large painting easels.
on the 3rd floor, we have a large living room area with a large wall-mounted flat screen television, 7 sofas, 2 fireplaces, a few paintings, and 2 chess tables.
These fireplaces in this build are optional. I modified them and made them decor only to prevent fires and overuse by the Sims. No more distractions.
Also, there is another large room with a dj booth, stereo, wall speakers, dance floor, 2 bar stations, and a large wall-mounted flat screen television.
That's pretty much it for The Chartwell Mansion, however I will be adding more furnishings and updating it from time to time.
I'll try to fix the smudges on the helicopter.

I built this home for Barbie and her household in Chestnut Ridge on the 64x64 lot!
I used the MoveObjects cheat while placing some items, so be sure to use the cheat "bb.MoveObjects On" cheat before placing this lot so none of the items get incorrectly positioned! Enjoy!
